Center - SR 28 at Buckwheat Road
Midland Atlantic is proposing a 34,000 square foot shopping center
on the north side of SR 28
at Buckwheat Road. At this date the developer has not announced
the name of the center or any tenants.
Demolition of the existing structures are begun and site work will
begin in November 2007
weather permitting. Construction of the retail center will begin
in Spring 2008.
With the development of the Midland Atlantic center, a service road
will be complete
that will serve all the retail on the north side of SR 28 between
Meijer Drive and
Buckwheat Road. The red line in the above picture shows the
route of the service
road.
