This 133 lot single-family subdivision, to be developed by Classic
Properties, is located on the north side of SR 131 opposite Lakefield
Drive. The subdivision received a conditional use from the Board of
Zoning Appeals on November 1. The County Planning Commission approved
the design plan for the subdivision on November 23 with conditions.
One of the conditions was to place all detention basins on open space
lots. This condition was met on the final construction drawings.
The first phase of this development is under construction.
