The Mills of Miami
This project is located on Deerfield Road just south of Deerfield
Pointe Subdivision. Miami Township staff has reviewed the plan for
this subdivision and has provided comments to the Clermont County
Planning Commission. The subdivision is designed as a traditional
neighborhood with tree lined boulevards, homes with large front
porches and garages accessed from alleys. The development will have
157 single-family homes and 39 townhomes. The land is zoned for
multi-family development and the Township approved a Planned Unit
Development Overlay on January 6, 2005. The County Planning Commission
approved the subdivision plan on February 22, 2005.
