This 91 Lot single-family subdivision, to be developed by Hal Homes,
is located on Wards Corner Road. The County Planning Commission
approved the design plan for the subdivision on July 26. Construction drawings for the first phase of the
project have also been approved.
The first phase of the subdivision is under construction.
