Wittmer Subdivision                                             

This 71 lot single-family subdivision, to be developed by Classic Properties, is located on Mt Zion Road. The Meadows portion of this subdivision received a conditional use from the Board of Zoning Appeals on August 1. The subdivision has been approved by the County Planning Commission.  

Robert Lucke Homes will build in the Estate portion of the subdivision. To date no builder has been announced for the Meadows.
