The meeting was called to order by Edwin Humphrey,Chairperson, at 6:10 PM.
Upon roll call, the following Board members were present; Jean Schmidt, Ed Humphrey and Joe Uecker.
Jean Schmidt made a motion to go into executive session for the purpose of
interviewing candidates for police officer pursuant ORC 121.22 (G) (1). Joe Uecker sedonded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".

Jean Schmidt made a motion to come out of executive session. Joe Uecker seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
