On Thursday, February 29,1996, the Miami Township Board of Trustees met in special session at 8:30 AM at the Miami Township Civic Center. Chairperson Joe Uecker called the meeting to order. Chairperson Uecker dispensed with the Pledge of Allegiance. Chairperson Uecker appointed David Duckworth, Township administrator, as Acting Clerk. Mr. Duckworth called the roll. Joseph Uecker-Present, Jean Schmidt-Present, Edwin Humphrey-Absent.
Jean Schmidt made a motion to go into Executive Session for a conference with an attorney to discuss pending litigation pursuant to Section 121.22 (G)(3) of the Ohio Revised Code. Joseph Uecker seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all present voted "AYE".

With no further business to come before the Board, Chairperson Uecker adjourned the meeting at 9:40AM.
