The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session at 6:40 PM on Tuesday, August 20,1996 at the Miami Township Civic Center. The purpose of this meeting was to interview candidates for the open positions of full time fire fighter/paramedic.
Chairperson Uecker called the meeting to order. Jean Schmidt made a motion to appoint Miami Township Administrator, David D. Duckworth as Acting Clerk for the purpose of recording minutes. Edwin H. Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Edwin H. Humphrey made a motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to ORC 121.22(G)(1) for the purpose of conducting interviews of the candidates for the open positions of full time fire fighter/paramedic. Jean Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
The candidates interviewed were; 1st. David Jetter
2nd Lynn Hausman
Jean Schmidt made a motion to come out of Executive Session. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, Chairperson Uecker adjourned the meeting at 7:15 PM.
