The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in special session Thursday, October 03, 1996 at 6:05 PM at the Miami Township Civic Building. Chairperson Joseph Uecker called the meeting to order. Clerk, Eric Ferry called the roll. In attendance were, Joseph Uecker, Jean Schmidt and Edwin Humphrey. Chairperson Uecker suspended the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairperson Uecker made a motion to instruct Mr. Walter Fischer, Service Director to repair or replace the recording system in the meeting room before the next Trustee meeting. Mr. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
Mr. Ed Humphrey made a motion to award the South Community Park Phase 1 bid to the R.F. Scurlock Company and to authorize Township Administrator, David Duckworth to enter into a contract with the R.F. Scurlock Company on behalf of the Trustees. Jean Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Uecker adjourned the meeting at 6:15 PM.
