The Miami Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session on Saturday, December 01, 2001 at 10:00 AM for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the Rural Zoning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals. Chairperson Edwin H. Humphrey called the meeting to order. Clerk Eric C. Ferry called the role. Attending were Edwin H. Humphrey, Joseph W. Uecker and Mary Makley Wolff. Mr. Uecker made a motion to go into Executive Session. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."

Mr. Uecker made a motion to come out of Executive Session. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
The Trustees discussed possible installation of Township signs at all entrances to Miami Township. They also discussed installation of a security camera at the entrance to the Township Hall and other security issues. Mr. Uecker made a motion to appoint Mr. Humphrey to discuss these issues with Mr. Duckworth. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
Mr. Uecker made a motion to hold a Special Meeting on December 3rd at 6:30PM to interview candidates that were unable to attend the other special meetings. Mrs. Wolff seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE."
With no other business to come before the Board, Chairperson Humphrey adjourned the meeting at 1:40PM.
