Park Maintenance
The Miami Township Service Department is responsible for the
maintenance of all Miami Township Parks and Recreational
facilities. Department employees perform the mowing, trimming and landscaping at
all Miami Township Parks, Administration
Buildings, Police Department
facilities and other township owned properties. Employees assigned to
park maintenance also
provide litter control, playground equipment
maintenance, athletic field maintenance and facility maintenance.
The Parks
Supervisor makes the determination if the athletic fields should be
closed due to field conditions. He will update the Park Event
Hotline
248-5513 by 3:00pm for any announcements regarding field closures due
to weather conditions or field maintenance.
